In your initial coaching session, you'll gain a clear understanding of the our dynamic, including roles and responsibilities. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the coaching process, review a preliminary wellness assessment, craft a vision for your wellness, and identify your key priorities for coaching.

Follow-up sessions will focus on reviewing and refining your goals. What will it take to get you from A to B and what incremental step can we take to get you there? We'll explore what matters most to you in the present moment and how it aligns with your vision and objectives. Discovery of your strengths, values, and sense of purpose will fuel the experience.
